The Story

In a mountain gorge, near the old German village of Asureti

Gipsy Village is nestled in a forested gorge near Asureti — a village founded by German colonists in the 1800s, whose spirit still lingers in the valley. A small mountain stream runs along the edge of the property, and the surrounding hills are thick with trees.

We built Gipsy Village from scratch, starting in 2020, and opened for guests in 2023. But the place we built it in has real history and real character — and you feel that the moment you arrive. The air is different, the pace is different, and waking up to birdsong and the sound of the stream is something you don't get at most places.
